Hi divers
We have had so much wind this week I have had to change my daily diving to gardening. “I am sorry, but we will have to cancel the diving today” also became the most used phrase of the week.

Luckily we had semi decent conditions in False Bay last weekend which made Rescue training possible. This weekend we will have a change in the weather and the wind drops, turns, collects some rain clouds and returns so from Sunday it might be a little damper but far less windy.

I think the best option for the ocean will be Saturday, and the best place will be the Atlantic, off Table Bay. The entire area around North and South Paw are sites we have not visited in a while so that’s the plan. Its low tide around 9.30 so I think we will launch at 8.30 and 11.00. Meet at Granger Bay in the parking lot next door to OPBC. at 8.00. “Where is that?” Go here for directions.
For the first dive the maximum depth will be 28 metres, second dive maximum depth 20 metres.
Sunday I will spend in the pool and on Monday I will be at Long Beach with Open Water students. On Tuesday we will launch either in Hout Bay or False Bay depending on conditions.
