Crocodilefish on deck

Friday poem: The Crocodile

If you’re concerned about the connection of crocodiles to diving, I suggest you check out this link.

Hearty thanks to Bernita for suggesting Lewis Carroll for our Friday poems.

The Crocodile – Lewis Carroll

How doth the little crocodile
Improve his shining tail,
And pour the waters of the Nile
On every golden scale!

How cheerfully he seems to grin!
How neatly spread his claws,
And welcomes little fishes in
With gently smiling jaws!
